The plugin says it is offline
When it opens, the plugin syncs with our server (Syncing with server…). If the server cannot be reached, it shows an offline indicator in the top bar and turns off the actions that need the server, such as translation and uploads. Click the indicator to try again. If syncing takes a while, you can also continue offline: marking up frames and editing locales keep working.
The plugin asks me to connect
Translation, CSV imports and uploads need an Asorium account. Connecting opens your browser; finish signing in there and go back to the plugin. A file you dropped to import stays queued and opens once you are connected. See Install and sign in.
Some values could not be applied
After an import, the plugin can report that some values could not be applied. That usually means the frame or property they belonged to was deleted after the file was made. Check that the property still exists, then import again.
Text in a detached frame does not update
A text layer that mixes several fonts cannot be written in a detached frame. Use one font per text layer.
Google Play uploads succeed, but the last step is refused
The service account is missing Edit and delete draft apps. Grant it in Play Console → Users and permissions; see Connect Google Play.
A locale was skipped during upload
The store does not list that locale, so it cannot be published there. The run report names it, and it still works as a language inside your file.
A frame was refused before upload
App Store screenshots must match the store's sizes exactly. Resize the frame to the device's size and upload again. See Device templates and locales.
