Install
Asorium is published in Figma Community. Add it from its Community page, then run it from the plugins list inside a Figma Design file. It works in Figma Design only.
What works without an account
Marking up frames, creating locales, placing images with the Import Manager and exporting translations to CSV all work without signing in and without a subscription.
Connect your account
Three things need an Asorium account, and the plugin asks you to connect when you first reach one of them:
- Translate automatically — AI translation runs in the cloud.
- Import translations from a CSV — imports are counted per account.
- Upload to store — uploads go through a connected account.
Connecting opens your browser on the Figma sign-in and consent screen. Asorium asks for one permission: reading your Figma profile — your user id, email, handle and avatar — to identify your account. It does not read your Figma files through this sign-in. When the browser says you are signed in, go back to the plugin: it picks the session up by itself. If you had dropped a file to import, it stays queued and opens once you are connected.
Your Asorium account and your Figma account are the same identity, so there is no separate password to create.
The welcome bonus
A new account gets a welcome bonus, with no card needed:
- 50 credits for AI translation, valid for 365 days;
- one screenshot upload to App Store Connect;
- two CSV translation imports.
What credits are, and what plans add, is on the pricing page.
Settings
Settings in the plugin holds your account, billing and usage, personalization, and your connected store accounts. Under Settings → Account you will find product email, the analytics switch, and deleting your account.
