What leaves your file
Only the strings you send for translation, together with your rules and glossary. The layout, the images, the rest of the file and your account details are not transmitted. Translation is performed by OpenAI; every company that processes data for us is listed in Sub-processors.
How long it is kept
- Translation jobs — the text and its translations are kept for 24 hours after the job finishes, then deleted.
- Screenshots you upload to a store — kept only for the duration of the upload run, then deleted; a stalled run is cleaned up within 30 minutes. Exports you download are made on your device and never reach us.
- At the translation provider — OpenAI caches the part of a job's requests that repeats across target languages for 24 hours, and keeps API traffic for up to 30 days to check for abuse, then deletes it. It is not used to train models.

Store keys
App Store Connect keys and Google Play service accounts are stored encrypted and used to upload screenshots and create listing locales. Disconnect them from the plugin at any time, or revoke them in the store console.
What the plugin keeps in your file
The plugin stores its setup — which frames, locales and properties belong together — inside the Figma file itself.
Analytics
The plugin sends usage analytics and crash reports so we can find and fix problems. You can switch analytics off under Settings → Account in the plugin, or in your profile on the web.
Deleting your account
Delete your account from Settings in the plugin or from your profile on the web. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; what it removes and what it keeps is explained in the Privacy Policy.
